An End to "Never on Sunday"?

Starting in September, the National Theatre in London will offer Sunday matinees at 3 o'clock. This breaks the long standing tradition of not producing plays on the ‘Lord’s Day’. Looks like, in addition to films, concerts and exhibitions, theatre will be yet another activity that the Brits can participate on the 'day of rest’.
