Comédie Française Attempts MC 93 Takeover

A battle is brewing in Paris. In one corner, the 328-year-old Comédie Française, and in the other, the cutting edge theatre company, MC 93. The stakes are dominance of the Parisian suburbs, and, of course, money. The Comédie Française receives more than £20m a year from the state, with another £6m from other sources.
